Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Simply browse our online parts store and add any items that you wish to buy by clicking on the “Add To Basket” link which takes you to the shopping basket. Once you have finished shopping, click “Go To Checkout” and you will be asked to either login using your email and password, or if you’re a new user, to register your details.
When you place an order to purchase a product from borntodancedarlington.co.uk, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and containing the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send e-mail confirmation to you that we’ve dispatched that product to you (the “Postal Confirmation E-mail”). That acceptance will be complete at the time we send the Dispatch Confirmation E-mail to you. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Shipping, Handling & Local Collection
All prices shown on the website exclude all shipping costs, these are included in the shopping cart along with V.A.T. We currently can’t accept orders outside of the United Kingdom mainland. If you live locally and would prefer to collect the item, simply check the box next to “Don’t ship these items to me, I’d rather collect them” in your shopping cart and delivery costs will be removed. We will inform you when the items are ready to collect in the (“Ready For Collection Notification” email sent after your order has been processed. Note* Before arranging collection, please call the number outlined in your email confirmation.
Orders are normally processed within 48 hours (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and bank holidays). The expected postal time for your order is 2-3 business days. This is an estimated lead time only and may vary slightly. Your invoice will be included with your delivery.
For orders made from the UK, 20% VAT is added.

When your order is placed at our on-line accessory shop, your credit card details are handled by SagePay (www.sagepay.com/) which is the largest independent Payment Service Provider in the country. SagePay has achieved the highest level of compliance under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI). They adhere to the most stringent levels of fraud screening, ensuring that your details remain secure throughout the transaction process. All transaction information passed between merchant sites and the SagePay VSP Systems is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to our servers from SagePay are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely secure in the knowledge that nothing you pass to the Protx servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information. Returns – If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase please contact us by telephone or by electronic mail. Please remember to quote ALL invoice numbers and date of receipt. Cancellations – You have a right to cancel your order and request a refund, provided notice – either by email, fax or in writing – is given to us no more than fourteen (14) working days from the day after you received the goods.
